DOUBLE CREAM BRIE (Soft Ripened)

Full flavoured & luscious, this Double Cream style has a thin bitey rind and decadent oozy texture. Made and matured with traditional methods, this cheese will ripen from the rind to the centre, giving deep mushroom, brassica and buttery flavours that get stronger over time. 

The flavour of this cheese is both bold and nuanced and should be paired with wines with similar qualities; a fine sparkling wine or elegant Chardonnay. Or a crisp vodka martini!
